Amends section 31-225a to charge only the employee's most recent employer's experience account for unemployment benefits paid to that employee

Eliminates consideration of employment duration when determining which employer is charged for unemployment benefits

Shifts full unemployment benefit cost responsibility to the last employer, regardless of how long the employee worked there

Previous employers in an employee's work history would no longer share chargeability for unemployment benefit payments
