Requires the Attorney General to negotiate and enter into reciprocity agreements with other states and their political subdivisions for firearm carry permits

Reciprocity would apply only to states with substantially similar standards for age, background investigation, and training as required under Connecticut General Statutes section 29-28(b)

Allows Connecticut permit holders to carry firearms in participating states, and vice versa for out-of-state permit holders visiting Connecticut
