Amends section 54-33o to restore police officers' ability to request consent to search a motor vehicle when the officer has reasonable articulable suspicion that a weapon, contraband, or evidence of a crime is in the vehicle

Requires the Police Officer Standards and Training Council to revise the model pursuit policy under chapter 104

Expands police pursuit authority to allow officers to pursue individuals suspected of committing certain property crimes
