Amends section 8-30g of Connecticut general statutes regarding housing unit-equivalent points for the affordable housing appeals procedure exemption

Municipalities would receive one housing unit-equivalent point for each elderly housing unit, capped at 20% of the municipality's total housing unit-equivalent points

Municipalities would receive one housing unit-equivalent point for each three-bedroom dwelling unit, capped at 10% of the municipality's total housing unit-equivalent points

Changes how municipalities can accumulate points toward exemption from the affordable housing appeals process under state law
