Requires each state agency providing public forms or applications to complete an evaluation by January 1, 2027, identifying changes needed to add a nonbinary gender option on forms that collect sex or gender information

State agencies must assess what resources are necessary to implement these form updates and submit evaluation summaries to the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management

"State agency" includes all executive, legislative, and judicial branch entities, higher education institutions, and technical/career schools, but excludes state-operated health care facilities

Secretary of OPM must compile all agency evaluations and submit a report to the joint standing committee on government administration by February 15, 2027
