Amends Connecticut's criminal trespass statute (Section 53a-109) to explicitly recognize purple paint on property borders as a valid method of posting no-trespassing warnings, effective October 1, 2025

Painting property borders purple would serve as an alternative to traditional "No Trespassing" signs for notifying potential intruders they are not permitted on the premises

Criminal trespass in the third degree remains a class C misdemeanor, except trespassing for hunting, trapping, or fishing purposes is a class B misdemeanor with fines of $500 to $1,000
