Extends the sunset date for the streamlined personal risk insurance rate filing process from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2030

Continues allowing insurers to file rates with the Insurance Commissioner that take effect immediately upon filing, rather than requiring prior approval

Rate increases remain capped at 6% statewide in aggregate and 15% maximum in any individual territory

Limits insurers to one filing per 12-month period unless combined filings stay within the percentage caps
