Establishes an Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Task Force effective October 1, 2025, to examine needs of persons living with Alzheimer's or dementia, available services, and healthcare system capacity

Task force must develop a State Alzheimer's Plan addressing long-term care, caregiver support, dementia-specific training requirements, home and community-based services, and state-supported research at Connecticut higher education institutions

Membership consists of 15 members: 11 appointed by the Governor (including a person with early-stage Alzheimer's, a family caregiver, healthcare providers, and stakeholder representatives) plus commissioners or designees from Aging and Disability Services, Public Health, and Social Services, and the State Ombudsman

All appointments must be made by January 1, 2026, with initial terms of 2-3 years; the task force must meet at least quarterly

Annual reports on the State Alzheimer's Plan due to the Governor and relevant legislative committees beginning January 1, 2027, with the plan updated every four years
