Prohibits any person from knowingly marrying their first cousin, effective October 1, 2025

Amends Connecticut's marriage eligibility statute (Section 46b-20a) to add first cousin marriage to the list of prohibited marriages

Existing marriage eligibility requirements remain unchanged: must be at least 18 years old, not already married or in a marriage-equivalent relationship, and not under conservator supervision
