Establishes a working group to develop a uniform statutory definition of "affordable housing" as used in section 8-30g of the general statutes

Working group chaired by the chairpersons of the General Assembly's joint standing committee on housing, with membership including the Commissioner of Housing or designee and other individuals the chairs select as information sources

First meeting must be held within 60 days of the bill's passage

Working group must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the housing committee by January 1, 2026, at which point the group terminates
