Housing authorities must submit annual reports by March 1 to the Commissioner of Housing and municipal chief executive, and post reports on their websites (effective July 1, 2025)

Reports must include inventory of all housing owned or operated, including total number, types, sizes of rental units, occupancy and vacancy rates, and property conditions

New reporting requirements added for rental price levels by income group, number of units at each price level displayed as percent of area median income, and annual changes in rental prices

Reports must document dates when rental units qualified as affordable and any housing sold, leased, or transferred that is no longer available for low or moderate income rental housing

Existing requirements retained for reporting on new construction projects, annual audit results, and any additional information the commissioner may require by regulation
