Establishes a task force to study the impact of large corporate entities acquiring residential properties in Connecticut, including effects on housing affordability, rental prices, and homeownership opportunities

Task force will examine policies to limit the number of properties acquired by large corporate entities or otherwise regulate such acquisitions

Composed of 9 members: 8 appointed by legislative leaders (with bipartisan representation) plus the Commissioner of Housing or designee

Initial appointments must be made within 30 days of passage, with first meeting held within 60 days

Task force must submit findings and recommendations by January 1, 2026, to the joint standing committees on housing and planning and development, after which it terminates
