Commissioner of Health Strategy must conduct a biennial study on payment parity between mental health service providers and general health care providers under individual and group health insurance policies in Connecticut

Study must also examine payment parity between mental health and health care providers under the HUSKY Health program (Connecticut's Medicaid program)

Study must compare reimbursement rates for mental health services between HUSKY Health and private insurance policies

First report due to the General Assembly by January 1, 2026, with subsequent reports every two years thereafter
