Creates a reduced-fee license renewal option for retired physicians at 10% of the standard professional services fee or $95 (whichever is greater), with licenses indicating retired status, effective January 1, 2026

Expands the Commissioner of Public Health's jurisdiction over alternative on-site sewage treatment systems from 5,000 gallons to 10,000 gallons per day capacity, effective July 1, 2025

Requires hospital chief medical officers and chief nursing officers to be licensed under the applicable medical and nursing statutes, effective October 1, 2025
