State plans of conservation and development adopted on or before July 1, 2030 must be revised within four years; after that date, revisions must occur within nine years of the last adoption

Regional councils of governments must adopt conservation and development plans by July 1 of the year following state plan adoption, beginning July 1, 2030

Municipal planning commissions must adopt their conservation and development plans by July 1 of the year following their regional council's plan adoption, starting July 1, 2030

Municipal legislative bodies or boards of selectmen gain authority to reject proposed plans and require changes; commissions must incorporate recommended changes at least 35 days before public adoption hearings
