Requires all police officers to undergo mandatory behavioral health assessments at least once every five years as a condition of continued employment, with assessments conducted by board-certified psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, or licensed clinical social workers with PTSD experience

Assessments must be conducted by providers approved by the police union representing officers of that law enforcement unit

Prohibits assessors from accessing officers' medical records through electronic health record systems during the assessment process

Assessment results may only be shared with the officer and the administrative head of the law enforcement unit, are exempt from public disclosure, and cannot be made part of a medical record
