Establishes the Stone Academy Healthcare Education Support Program, a scholarship administered by the Office of Higher Education for students who enrolled in Stone Academy's practical nurse education program between November 1, 2021, and February 28, 2023

Eligible students may use scholarships to pursue healthcare certificates or degrees at accredited programs, including nursing, dental hygiene, radiography, respiratory care, medical assisting, EMT, and numerous other healthcare fields

Appropriates $10 million from the General Fund to the Office of Higher Education for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, with scholarships awarded on a first-come, first-served basis

Program terminates when funds are exhausted or on June 30, 2030, whichever occurs first

Requires the Office of Higher Education to post program information online by September 1, 2025, and submit annual reports on workforce impact to the legislature from January 1, 2027 through January 1, 2031
