Office of Higher Education shall pay stipends from the private career school student protection account to graduates of Stone Academy's practical nurse program (November 1, 2021 – February 28, 2023) who have taken or passed the LPN licensure exam, with total payments capped at $150,000

Tuition refunds available to non-graduates enrolled during the same period whose completed coursework has not been accepted as transfer credits at another nursing program

Refund applicants must not have previously received a refund or participated in a teach-out or proctored comprehensive predictor examination; deadline to apply is June 30, 2026

Applicants who receive tuition refunds become ineligible to participate in teach-outs or predictor exams administered by institutions identified by the Office of Higher Education

State may pursue legal action against Stone Academy (Career Training Specialists, LLC) or its owners to recover stipends, refunds, and administrative costs paid from the student protection account
