Adds misdemeanor convictions from other states, federal courts, tribal courts, military courts, and foreign jurisdictions as disqualifying offenses for pistol/revolver carry permits, pistol/revolver eligibility certificates, and long gun eligibility certificates in Connecticut

Disqualifying out-of-state misdemeanors (with a 7-year lookback period) include: violent crimes causing physical injury, crimes creating risk of serious physical injury or causing death through criminal negligence, crimes causing reasonable fear for safety through threats or conduct, riot-related offenses, and controlled substance possession

Exempts from the drug possession disqualifier: possession of less than 4 ounces of cannabis, less than one-half ounce of psilocybin, or nicotine

Amends three sections of Connecticut General Statutes: 29-28(b) regarding carry permits, 29-36f regarding pistol/revolver eligibility certificates, and 29-37p regarding long gun eligibility certificates
