Creates a new legal cause of action allowing individuals to sue when someone intentionally interferes with their expected inheritance through tortious conduct

Requires plaintiffs to prove five elements: expectation of inheritance, defendant's knowledge of that expectation, intentional interference, tortious conduct causing the inheritance to fail, and actual economic loss

Allows successful plaintiffs to recover damages, court costs, and reasonable attorney's fees in Superior Court

Imposes a three-year statute of limitations from the date of the complained-of act

Effective October 1, 2025; received Joint Favorable report from the Judiciary Committee
