Office of Policy and Management must provide technical assistance upon request to municipalities receiving motor vehicle property tax grants, effective fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 and thereafter

Technical assistance helps municipalities determine their eligibility for motor vehicle property tax grants in subsequent fiscal years

Municipalities whose adopted budget expenditures exceed the spending cap will not have their grants reduced for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026

Adds statutory definitions for "adopted budget expenditures" (general fund and nonbudgeted fund expenditures) and "capital expenditure" (nonrecurring capital expenditure of $100,000 or more)
