Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management must convene a working group to study creating uniform deadlines for property tax relief applications for individuals 65 and older, veterans, and armed forces members

Working group membership includes the OPM Secretary (or designee), representatives from municipal assessors associations, and other persons the secretary deems appropriate

Initial appointments must be made within 30 days of passage, with the first meeting held within 60 days

Report due to the Planning and Development and Finance, Revenue and Bonding committees by January 1, 2026, including feasibility analysis and legislative recommendations

Working group terminates upon submission of the report or January 1, 2026, whichever is later
