Amends Section 10-262h of Connecticut general statutes governing equalization aid grants for public schools, effective July 1, 2025

Extends the timeline for towns to reach fully funded grant levels by two years, with all towns receiving their fully funded grant amount beginning fiscal year 2034 (previously 2032)

Eliminates previously scheduled grant reductions for fiscal years 2026 and 2027 for towns whose fully funded grant is less than their prior year amount, instead holding those towns at their previous year's funding level

Reduces the annual grant adjustment percentages for towns receiving less than their fully funded amount in fiscal years 2028-2031, slowing the pace of funding decreases (e.g., FY2028 reduced from 20% to 14.29%, FY2031 reduced from 50% to 25%)

Maintains special protections for alliance districts, ensuring they receive the greater of their calculated amount, base grant amount, or previous year's equalization aid grant entitlement
