Establishes a working group to study how Connecticut's cultural and artistic resources can be incorporated into project-based learning for students in grades K-8

Working group will examine alignment with grade-level curricula, potential integration into the model curriculum, costs for school visits to cultural sites, and state funding options for implementation

Consists of 10 members including representatives from CT Humanities, Connecticut Arts Administrators Association, public school superintendents, boards of education, social studies and art teachers, and state education officials

All appointments must be made within 30 days of passage, with the first meeting held within 60 days; appointed members may be members of the General Assembly

Report with findings and recommendations due to the General Assembly's Education Committee by January 1, 2026; working group terminates upon report submission or July 1, 2026, whichever is later
