Replaces the fixed $110 per day compensation for part-time Board of Pardons and Paroles members with a variable per diem rate to be determined by the Commissioner of Administrative Services

Ten full-time board members continue to receive compensation as determined by the Commissioner of Administrative Services

Part-time board members remain entitled to reimbursement for necessary expenses incurred in performing their duties

Effective date: October 1, 2025
