Amends Section 53-203 to explicitly exempt lawful self-defense and defense of another person from the class C misdemeanor for reckless firearm discharge likely to cause injury, death, or property destruction

Amends Section 26-66 governing wildlife regulations to prohibit any commissioner regulation from restricting intentional firearm discharge for lawful self-defense or defense of another person

Effective date is October 1, 2025
