Effective July 1, 2025, stenographers may charge parties $2.40 per transcript page for official records of agency proceedings

Transcript page format defined as 27 double-spaced lines on 8.5" x 11" paper with 60 spaces per line, available in print or electronic form

Parties requesting transcripts bear the cost, but the $2.40 per-page rate may only be charged once to the requesting party

Agencies requesting transcripts of their own proceedings must pay those costs and cannot charge or seek reimbursement from any party to the proceedings
