Prohibits operating a motor vehicle at speeds greater than 100 miles per hour on public highways, roads, parking areas with 10+ spaces, private roads with established speed limits, or school property, effective October 1, 2025

First offense carries a fine of $200-$600 and/or up to 30 days imprisonment

Subsequent offenses carry a fine of up to $1,000 and/or up to one year imprisonment

Repeat offenders face mandatory 48-hour vehicle impoundment at the time of arrest, with the owner responsible for towing and storage costs to reclaim the vehicle
