Establishes a working group to examine implementing a uniform energy storage capacity tax in Connecticut, including calculating methodology and recommending a tax rate

Working group membership includes chairpersons and ranking members of the Finance, Revenue and Bonding and Energy and Technology committees, plus Commissioners of Energy and Environmental Protection and Revenue Services

Connecticut Green Bank representative and any other relevant individuals or businesses deemed necessary by committee leadership may participate

First meeting must be held within 60 days of the act's passage, with administrative support provided by the Finance, Revenue and Bonding committee staff

Report with findings and recommendations due to the General Assembly by January 1, 2026, at which point the working group terminates
