Department of Energy and Environmental Protection must develop a plan for beneficial use dredging by February 1, 2027

Plan must identify navigable channels, marinas, port facilities, and other potential sources of suitable dredged sediment

Plan must identify wetlands best suited to receive dredged sediment for restoration purposes

Plan must include technical and regulatory guidance for wetland restoration using dredged sediment

Commissioner must submit the completed plan to the General Assembly's joint standing committee on environmental matters by February 1, 2027
