Commissioner of Administrative Services must conduct a study on the feasibility, benefits, and disadvantages of repurposing or selling underutilized state-owned buildings

Study must include analysis of potential benefits or disadvantages for municipalities where the buildings are located

Report on study findings due to the General Assembly by December 31, 2025

Report goes to the joint standing committee with jurisdiction over leasing, purchase, sale, transfer, or disposition of state property and facilities

Takes effect immediately upon passage
