Prohibits businesses in Connecticut from knowingly exposing any person to products developed or tested with human cells without first providing a clear warning

Required warnings must include a disclaimer stating the product was developed or tested with human cells, plus a website address with additional information

Website disclosure must include the origin of the human cells, the method by which cells were obtained, and the medical/scientific name of the cell line used

Violations may result in civil or criminal penalties
