Establishes a task force to study expanding services provided by the 2-1-1 Infoline program operated by the United Way of Connecticut, including state funding necessary for expansion

Task force consists of 11 members including United Way representatives, advocacy organization representatives, legislative appointees, and the Commissioners of Social Services, Housing, and Early Childhood (or designees)

All appointments must be made within 30 days of passage, with the first meeting held within 60 days

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the Appropriations and Human Services committees by January 1, 2026

Task force terminates upon submitting its report or January 1, 2026, whichever is later
