Creates a new state cause of action in Superior Court allowing employees to sue employers for injuries or illness caused by vaccinations or medicinal treatments required as a condition of employment

Permits recovery of actual damages for physical harm resulting from employer-mandated vaccinations or medical treatment programs

Allows punitive damages if the employer knowingly required the vaccination or treatment without confirming its safety based on publicly available medical testing and documentation

Amends Chapter 925 of the Connecticut General Statutes (governing civil actions)
