Amends section 9-704(c) of Connecticut general statutes regarding maximum individual contribution limits under the Citizens' Election Program, effective July 1, 2025

Maintains the existing $250 base maximum individual contribution amount with quadrennial adjustments for statewide offices (Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Comptroller, State Treasurer, Secretary of State) based on consumer price index changes since January 1, 2017

Maintains biennial adjustments for state senator and state representative races, also based on consumer price index changes since January 1, 2017

Adds new provision requiring that adjusted maximum contribution amounts remain in effect until the next scheduled adjustment is made by the State Elections Enforcement Commission, at which point the new amount takes effect

Received Joint Favorable recommendation from the Government Oversight Committee
