Reduces fees for numerous occupational licenses to $100, including certified public accountant certificates, professional engineer licenses, land surveyor licenses, landscape architect licenses, and pharmacist licenses, effective July 1, 2025

Significantly lowers real estate broker license fees from $1,130 to $200 for initial application and from $750 to $200 for biennial renewal; real estate salesperson fees reduced from $570 to $200

Decreases fees for home improvement contractor and new home construction contractor registrations from $120 to $100, and reduces telecommunications infrastructure layout technician license fees from $315 to $200

Requires the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to adopt regulations by July 1, 2026 ensuring no individual is charged more than $100 per year for any license, certification, permit, or registration from the department

Exempts licenses issued under Title 30 (alcoholic beverages) from the $100 maximum fee cap
