Local and regional boards of education must publish all staff and faculty training materials related to nondiscrimination, diversity, equity, inclusion, race, ethnicity, sex, or bias on their websites in an easily accessible location

All instructional and curriculum materials principally concerning these topics must also be posted online for parent and student review

Boards must disclose any procedures used for documentation, review, or approval of DEI-related training and curriculum materials

Materials must be posted prior to first use or within seven days after the training or instruction occurs

All posted materials must remain accessible on the school board's website for at least five years after last use
