Prohibits the manufacture, sale, delivery, distribution, possession, or offering for sale of any food product intended for human consumption containing 15 specified food dyes

Banned red dyes include red dye number two, red dye number four, red dye number forty, and erythrosine

Banned yellow and orange dyes include yellow dye number five, yellow dye number six, butter yellow dye, orange dye number one, and orange dye number two

Banned blue, green, and violet dyes include blue dye number one, blue dye number two, green dye number one, green dye number two, violet dye number one, and carmoisine
