Amends Title 17b of Connecticut general statutes to remove mandatory coverage requirements for weight loss treatments under public health insurance programs

Eliminates required coverage of prescription weight loss drugs for Medicaid and HUSKY B beneficiaries

Eliminates required coverage of bariatric surgery for Medicaid and HUSKY B beneficiaries

HUSKY B provides health coverage for children in families with incomes too high to qualify for Medicaid but who may still need assistance
