Amends Connecticut general statutes to allow state residents to receive telehealth services from Connecticut providers while temporarily located outside the state

Covers residents who are traveling, working, or attending school in other states

Enables continuity of care for Connecticut patients who maintain in-state residency but are physically present elsewhere
