Amends Chapter 370 of Connecticut general statutes to create provisional medical licenses for international medical graduates who completed residency and training outside the United States that is substantially similar to U.S. standards

Provides a pathway to unrestricted medical licensure after a two-year period of supervision by a Connecticut-licensed physician

Eliminates the current requirement that international medical graduates repeat their residency training in an accredited U.S. residency program

Applies only to foreign-trained medical doctors who have lawfully migrated to the United States

Intended to address physician shortages in Connecticut by streamlining licensure for qualified foreign-trained doctors
