Prohibits peer-run respite centers from being located on clinical, medical, or mental health facility campuses

Mandates that at least 51% of a peer-run organization's board consist of individuals with psychiatric histories or lived experience with life-interrupting challenges

Restricts peer-run organizations from providing clinical mental health services, or limits such services to less than 10% of total services offered
