Advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) relocating to Connecticut with at least 2,000 hours of practice experience would be permitted to practice independently without physician supervision

APRNs licensed under section 20-94a would be authorized to sign any forms for services already within their scope of practice

APRNs would be allowed to provide behavioral health services they are trained and qualified to deliver, removing the current requirement for physician supervision for these services

Amends section 20-87a of the general statutes to expand APRN practice authority
