Amends Section 8-30g to create "disabled veteran units" as a new category of affordable housing, defined as deed-restricted rental units for qualifying veterans

Eligible veterans must have either a VA disability rating of at least 30% or be at least 65 years old

Veterans must also have income at or below 80% of the area median income to qualify for these units

Municipalities receive 1.5 housing unit-equivalent points for each newly occupied disabled veteran unit, providing enhanced credit toward affordable housing compliance goals
