Amends Section 20-340 of Connecticut general statutes to expand licensing exemptions for workers performing solar installation tasks under the direction of a licensed solar contractor, effective October 1, 2026

Specifies six categories of work exempt from licensing requirements: uncrating, hoisting/placement/anchoring of supports, mounting racking systems, job site distribution of solar equipment, pile driving, concrete form work, and installation of ground screw supports and racking systems

Workers must be employees of or contractors employed by and under the direction of a properly licensed solar contractor to qualify for the exemption
