Amends the Connecticut Career Accelerator Program to prioritize the inclusion of women in manufacturing training opportunities, including applicants to youth manufacturing programs and CareerConneCT workforce training programs

Requires regional workforce investment boards to specifically market youth manufacturing training programs to female high school students in grades 11-12 and notify female participants about available manufacturing training, interest-free loans, and counseling services

Directs the Office of Workforce Strategy to specifically market CareerConneCT manufacturing programs to recruit women who are underserved, disadvantaged, unemployed, underemployed, dislocated workers, receiving public assistance, formerly incarcerated, or veterans

Mandates Connecticut State Community College to offer career and financial counseling services to women who apply to youth manufacturing, CareerConneCT manufacturing, or Career Accelerator programs, regardless of whether they ultimately participate

Requires annual reporting beginning January 1, 2026 on demographic information of manufacturing training program participants, including the number and percentage who are women by program type
