Amends Connecticut's affordable housing statute (Section 8-30g) to create a new category of "disabled veteran units" for housing restricted to veterans with a VA disability rating of at least 30% or who are at least 65 years old

Disabled veteran units with occupancy restricted to persons/families earning 80% or less of median income will be awarded 1.5 housing unit-equivalent points toward municipal affordable housing moratorium requirements

Effective date is October 1, 2025
