Expands Connecticut's existing biodiesel producer incentive program to include renewable diesel producers and distributors, effective October 1, 2025

Qualified renewable diesel producers may receive up to 60 monthly grants: $0.30/gallon for the first 5 million gallons, $0.20/gallon for the next 5 million gallons, and $0.10/gallon for the third 5 million gallons annually, with a 15 million gallon cap per fiscal year

New renewable diesel producers not yet in production may receive a one-time grant of up to $3 million for equipment purchases or facility construction/modification

Qualified renewable diesel distributors may receive grants up to $50,000 per site for purchasing equipment or constructing/modifying storage and distribution facilities

Renames the incentive account to "Connecticut qualified biodiesel and renewable diesel producer incentive account" and expands the Institute for Sustainable Energy's educational and database programs to include renewable diesel
