Eliminates funding provision from the Healthy Homes Fund that directed remittances (May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023) to the Department of Housing for grants-in-aid to remediate structurally deficient foundations or relocate owners of affected condominium units in Hamden

Retains existing provision allowing up to $1 million in grants-in-aid (from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 remittances) through the Department of Economic and Community Development for homeowners near the West River in Westville section of New Haven and Woodbridge with subsidence-related structural damage

Retains grants for homeowners abutting Yale Golf Course in Westville for water infiltration or structural damage due to subsidence

Effective date is July 1, 2025
