Establishes a working group to study the Department of Social Services' quality metrics program for nursing home services under section 17b-340d of the general statutes

Working group will be chaired by the chairpersons of the General Assembly's joint standing committee on aging, who will appoint members including the Commissioner of Social Services and Medicaid reimbursement experts

First meeting must be held within 60 days of the bill's passage

Working group must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the aging committee by January 1, 2026

Working group terminates upon submitting its report or January 1, 2026, whichever is later; received Joint Favorable reports from both the Aging and Appropriations committees
